By accessing or using Nexovate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services
Nexovate provides VPS, Minecraft hosting, website development and related services. Service descriptions, specifications and prices are available on our website and may change with notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activity, spam, denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, copyright infringement or any content that violates applicable law.
5. Payments & Billing
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment failures may result in suspension or termination. Taxes are added where required by law.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are described in our refund policy. Custom development work and partially used billing cycles are generally non-refundable.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexovate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or pose risk to our infrastructure or users. You may cancel services at any time per the cancellation policy.
10. Governing Law & Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
